  • Mat

  • Pair of lighter dumbbells

  • Pair of heavier dumbbells (but can get away using the lighter ones if that is all you have)

  • Small towel if you have wood floor or something that will slide easily on your floor

  • Something to elevate your heels

  • Step, couch, or bench
